Support for Shareware is available via email. Please include the product name, product version, device model, Palm OS version, and a detailed description of the problem including steps to reproduce it. No support is available for the Freeware products.

Issues with ordering should be addressed with whomever you are ordering from (eg. PalmGear, Handango).

If you upgrade to a new version of a Shareware product, your old registration will continue to work unless otherwise stated. If you change your HotSync ID, your purchased code will no longer work. Abstract Method will not issue a new code.

All products require Palm OS 4.0 or later (unless otherwise specified).

Where do I find my HotSync ID?

From the launcher, select HotSync. Your HotSync ID appears in the upper right corner. Some Abstract Method applications display the HotSync ID on the registration screen as well.

Return Policy

Because of our distribution methods, refunds are not available. It is your responsibility to try the product prior to purchasing to make sure the product works properly on your device.
